Thomas A. Neef, M.D. – Medical Director
Dr. Thomas A. Neef has been practicing medicine in Delaware since 1984. In addition to serving as medical director at Advanced Skin Care Center and MedSpa, he is a member of the medical staff at St. Francis Hospital. Dr. Neef completed his undergraduate work at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. He received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. After finishing his internship and residency training, Dr. Neef and his wife moved to the Pike Creek area.
Dr. Neef is a board-certified physician practicing general medicine with a special interest in skin treatment and care. He has more than 10 years of experience in performing a full range of medical and cosmetic skin care procedures. Dr. Neef’s specialties include laser hair reduction for women and men, and the removal of all types of skin lesions, such as age spots, skin tags, nevi, and certain types of skin cancers. Dr. Neef also is licensed and certified in the FotoFacial™ skin rejuvenation procedure, and he utilizes the latest technologies in his practice.
Carolyn D'Aiuto, L.E. – Aesthetician
Carolyn D’Aiuto is a licensed aesthetician who has a unique eye for analyzing and treating skin conditions. Certified in the latest skin treatments, she graduated from the former Skin Care School & Center and has more than 720 combined hours in advanced training. A Delaware native, Carolyn has worked in medical offices and spas locally, as well as in the Philadelphia area. As a member of the Advanced Skin Care Center and MedSpa team, she provides professional skin consultations, performs procedures, and uses the latest laser technology to create the appearance patients want in order to look and feel their absolute best.
